Just a quick post to note that I noticed several spelling/other errors in the Translation of Lucus/Luke, and so have corrected it and added the update to the webpage, as well as to the separate PDF file and the ZIP file containing the translation of each book currently done.

As always, if anyone notices any errors in the translation, be it misspelled words or something else that is missing, please, do let me know, so I can correct the error and post an update as quickly as possible

Update! New Translation

Seeing as though the Feast of Weeks/Pentecost is fast approaching (Saturday evening 30/5/09 – Sunday evening 31/5/09), I have decided to upload the First two chapters of the Acts of the Apostles. I have only done the webpage form at the moment though, without any notes on it, and no PDF at the moment. All of these will be added when the whole translation of the Acts of the Apostles has been completed

Update! Translation Revision

April 20th, 2009

After finishing both the Lucus and 2 Thessalonians Translations, I have gone back and done a revision of my translation of Titus. It has now grown quite significantly, and I have also finally created a fully-functional PDF file to go with it

As it happens, I shall be starting both the Textual Criticism and translation of the Book of Acts (a.k.a The Acts of the Apostles) immediately, and judging from how long the translation of Lucus took (the same author of Acts), this may be the final update for a while, as Acts is even longer than Lucus!

Saying that, there was something that seriously annoyed me when I was doing my revision of Titus, so I shall probably post a few blogs between now and when I finish translating Acts

Update! – Webpage for 1 Corinthians Translation

December 1st, 2008

Another update for you all: 1 Corinthians has now been made available for web viewing, and there is a new addition to it! Instead of having a right side containing “notes”, you will see, throughout the webpage, that there are many red *’s dotted around after certain things. If you hover your Computers mouse pointer/arrow over one of these red *’s, a little pop-up box will show up, giving the information that would usually be in the right hand side! This makes it easier to read, and makes the webpage not look so huge

Update! – New translation

November 28th, 2008

I have finally finished translating 1 Corinthians, and so I have now uploaded a PDF of it onto the website. A new addition to the PDF file is the inclusion of bookmarks to the different Tanakh (Commonly known as Old Testament) quotes used throughout the letter. The bookmarks can be found at the end of the PDF bookmark panel. The webpage version will be uploaded A.S.A.P, and you also see a new addition to the webpage version as well!

I have finally finished the HTML version of MattithYah, and so I have now uploaded it onto the website. I shall now be starting the translation of 1 Corinthians, which I hope to have finished by the end of November.

Update!

October 20th, 2008

I have finally finished the revision of MattithYah, and I have created and uploaded the PDF onto the website. I will be concentrating on uploading the remaining 5 chapters into HTML form onto the website over the next day or so, and then I shall be starting the translation of 1 Corinthians, which I hope to have finished by the end of November.
